”Numaru Cheese Fair” to be held

“Numaru Cheese Fair” will be held from January 23 (Thursday) to February 28 (Friday), 2025.

Samgyeopsal is made by slowly marinating Japanese pork in makgeolli and Korean miso (dengjang) to bring out the best flavor. The pork belly is topped with a generous amount of special aligot sauce, a combination of melted cheese and potatoes, and is a perfect match for the juicy pork belly! In addition, familiar Korean dishes such as pancakes and kimpas are now available in a cheese-filled arrangement. Cheese lovers will find a variety of attractive menu items to satisfy their cravings.

The grand opening of “Korea Cafe Iyosan Seoul,” a community café with the keywords “I love Seoul” and “I miss Seoul” where all Korea lovers gather, will take place on November 7 (Thu) in Perrier Chiba.
